摘要
目的探究CT与核磁共振在股骨头坏死诊断中的应用价值。方法选取股骨头坏死患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采用CT检查,观察组采用核磁共振检查。结果观察组患者阳性检出率高于对照组。结论采用核磁共振诊断股骨头坏死,阳性检出率高。
Objective To explore the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.Methods 64 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group,the control group received CT examination, the observation group received MRI. Results The positive rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion Using magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head,high positive rate.
