摘要
以废报纸为原料,S2O2-8/Zr O2/USY为固体酸催化剂,在乙醇中直接制备高价值化学品乙酰丙酸乙酯。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和BET比表面积分析对催化剂进行表征,结果显示S2O2-8和Zr O2成功负载在USY分子筛上。首先用0.25%H3PO4对废报纸进行预处理,然后考察反应温度、反应时间、催化剂量和液固比对乙酰丙酸乙酯得率的影响。结果表明:在反应温度230℃、反应时间60 min、催化剂1.0 g、液固比45 m L/g条件下,乙酰丙酸乙酯的得率达到28.21%,催化剂使用3次后,催化活性有所下降。
Ethyl levulinate,a high-value chemical,was prepared from waste newspaper directly in ethanol by S2 O8^2- /ZrO2/USY as solid acid catalyst. The catalyst was characterized by fourier translation infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR) and BET specific surface area,and the results indicated that S2 O8^2- and ZrO2 were loaded in the USY successfully. Firstly,the waste newspaper was pretreated by 0-25% H3PO4,and then the effects of different parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage and liquid-solid ratio on the yield of ethyl levulinate from waste newspaper were studied. Experimental results showed that ethyl levulinate yield was 28.21% under the following conditions:reaction temperature 230 ℃, reaction time 60 min,catalyst dosage 1.0 g and liquid-solid ratio 45 mL/g. Using times of the catalyst was further studied,and the catalytic activity of the recovered catalysts was decreased after using three times.
