摘要
在YMA平板上对14株大豆根瘤菌进行Fe、Co、B、Mo、Zn及p H的耐性试验。结果表明,在柠檬酸铁浓度为0.05%时,64%的供试菌株能生长,当浓度增至0.25%时,所有菌株均不生长;在氯化钴浓度为0.005%时,57%的供试菌株能正常生长,当浓度增至0.025%时,所有菌株均不生长;在硼酸浓度为0.04%时64%供试菌株能正常生长,当浓度上升到0.10%时,所有菌株生长均受抑制或不生长;在钼酸钠浓度为0.4%时供试菌株均能生长,当浓度增至0.6%时,有36%的菌株能正常生长;在硫酸锌浓度为0.025%时有36%的菌株能正常生长,当浓度增至0.075%时,所有菌株受抑制或不生长。表明供试菌株对钼、硼的耐性较强,而对锌、铁、钴的耐性较弱;不同根瘤菌株对同一微量元素的耐性差异较大,同一根瘤菌对不同微量元素的耐性也有差异。多数菌株在p H6.0~8.0范围内生长正常,耐碱能力比耐酸能力强。其中AWCS13-4菌株耐受微量元素和酸碱度能力最强。
Tolerance experimentation of 14 rhizobial strains for five microelement ( iron, cobalt, boron, molybde- num and zinc) and pH was tested using YMA plates. The results show that 64%, 57%, 64%, 100%, 36% and 36% strains could normally grow in 0.05% ferric citrate, 0. 005% cobalt chloride, 0.04% boric acid, 0. 40% and 0.6% sodium molybdate and 0. 025% zinc sulfate, respectively. No strain was grown in 0.25% ferric citrate, 0.025% cobalt chloride, 0.10% boric acid or 0. 075% zinc sulfate. The tested strains have relatively strong tolerance to molybdenum and boron and relatively weak tolerance to Zinc, iron and cobalt. The resistance of the same strain has difference among different microelements, and the resistances of the same microelement have difference among different strains. The majority of strains could normally grow in the range of pH6.0 - 8.0, thereinto, while AWCS13 -4 have the strongest resistance for microelements and pH among all strains.
