巷道顶板离层力学模型与围岩失稳判断研究 被引量:9

摘要 为研究巷道顶板的离层变化规律,基于离层的时间序列理论和弹性梁的弯曲理论,运用Maple符号运算和SAS统计分析功能,建立了考虑锚杆锚固因素和水平地应力因素的顶板力学模型,并基于此模型提出了确定离层临界值(包括弹性临界值ωmax和失稳临界值δmax)的方法,通过分析离层预测值Xt与ωmax、δmax之间的关系,可确定巷道的合理支护时间以及判断顶板失稳。此外,就离层临界值的力学意义,探讨了围岩的失稳机制。最后,以东滩矿1305运输巷道作为模型的算例,得出:该巷道的ωmax和δmax值分别为16mm、35mm,在离层值达到16mm之前对巷道进行合理的加强支护即可维持围岩稳定;当离层值到达35mm后巷道即将失稳,要做好防冲工作以及冒顶的预防措施。 In order to study the law of roadway roof separation, a mechanical model was established based on Time Series Analysis theory of roof separation value and the Elastic Theory of Beams, which considered anchorage effect and horizontal stress. Maple and SAS was applied to analyze this problem. Based on the mechanical model, a method was proposed to determine the value of elasticity ωmax and the value of instability δmax The determination of rational supporting time and judgments of roof unstability could be done through the analysis of the relationship between the predicted Xt and the two separation values (ωmax, δmax )- In addition, the mechanical mechanism of surrounding rock instability was discussed using the mechanical model. Dongtan Mine 1035 roadway was taken as a calculation example, and the results showed that, the ωmax and δmax were 16mm and 35mm, the surrounding rock stability could be remained with rational reinforced support when the separation value was below 16mm; when it reached 35mm, the roadway would be unstable, and prevention measures should be taken against roof dynamic disaster and roof fall.
