摘要
针对田庄选煤厂原有工艺系统存在的系统对煤质适应能力差,介耗、电耗高,设备故障率高,以及入洗能力低等问题,通过煤质分析对其进行了工艺改造,确定了块煤斜轮分选,末煤重介旋流器分选,煤泥粗煤泥分选机分选和细煤泥浮选的选煤工艺,介绍了工艺特点,工艺布置和设备选型情况。
Aiming at the current problem in the technical process system of Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, such as poor adaptability of coal quality, high medium and energy consumption, high equipment failure rate, and low production capacity, the coal preparation process was transformed, according to the coal quality analysis, using inclined wheel separator for lump coal separation, dense medium cyclone for fine coal, slime separator for coarse slime and flotation for fine slime. The technology characteristics of process, process layout and equipment selection were introduced.
