摘要
随着氯硝西泮在临床上的广泛应用,对其不良反应的认识也不断深入,本文对氯硝西泮所致意识障碍、诱发癫痫大发作、诱发躁狂、口腔烧灼综合征、睡行症、体温不升、粒细胞减少、血尿、药物性肌病、过敏性休克、皮疹、撤药综合征以及对呼吸系统、眼部、胎儿、新生儿及哺乳婴儿的影响等作一综述。
With the extensive clinical use of clonazepam,the understanding of its adverse reaction is constantly profound. In this article a review was made on the syndromes induced or associated with clonazepam such as dis-turbance of consciousness,grand mal epilepsy,manic status,burning mouth syndrome,sleepwalking,low temper-ature,granulocytopenia,hematuria,myopathies,anaphylactic shock,rash,clonazepam withdrawal syndrome,and the influence on respiratory system,eye,fetal,neonatal and breast-feeding baby.
