摘要
以5种不同品种的大花蕙兰为材料,研究了低温胁迫对叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明,随着低温胁迫时间的延长和低温幅度的加大,参数最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、线性电子传递的量子效率(ФPSII)、光化学淬灭(qP)会不断下降,而非光化学淬灭(NPQ)会不断升高。
This paper studies the effects of low-temperature stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Cymbidium hybridum taking five different varieties of Cymbidium hybridum as the test materials. The experimental results show that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Fv/Fm, ФPSII and qP will continue to decline and NPQ will continue to rise along with the extension of the time of low-temperature stress and the increase of the amplitude of low-temperature.
