回肠膀胱术后腹壁造口疝导致急性梗阻性肾衰竭一例

摘要 1病例介绍患者女,76岁。因＂发现腹壁造口旁肿物伴右下腹痛、呕吐12 h＂于2014年3月9日急诊入院。3年前患者因＂膀胱浸润性尿路上皮癌＂于我院行＂腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除、回肠膀胱术＂,术后恢复良好。入院时专科体格检查：右下腹回肠膀胱腹壁造瘘口旁扪及一不规则肿块,直径约10 cm,质软,囊性感,部分可还纳,肿块局限性压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,全腹叩诊呈鼓音,移动性浊音阴性,肠鸣音4次/min。
