摘要
军事物流决策涉及方方面面的诸多因素,仅凭人工经验方法难以取得科学合理的决策方案,开发军事物流决策支持系统具有显著的现实意义。本文基于系统集成思想和军事物流中心的功能需求,提出了军事物流决策支持系统的组成功能模块,分析了其各个功能模块的实现途径和系统整体的构架方法。研究表明采用系统集成方法开发军事物流决策支持系统是可行的;决策支持系统应由信息交互平台、数据库、库存控制和配送监控等模块组成,数据库是系统开发的基础,库存控制和运输调度的优化决策模型和算法库是系统开发的核心。
Military logistics decision relates to many factors, experimental method is not believable and does not be acquired reasonable decision plans. It is important to develop a military logistics decision support system. Basing on idea of system integration and functional requirement of military logistics center,this thesis analyzes the realization approach of every function module and the system framework, then puts forward the function module of military logistics decision support system. Research shows that it is feasible by adopting the method of system integration to develop military logistics decision support system. The system consists of information interactive platform, data base, stock control and vehicle dispatch modules, the data base is the basic module, and the decision models and their algorithms of the stock control and vehicle dispatch modules are the core modules of the system development.
