摘要
首先分析了水利建设与可持续发展的关系,即可持续发展对水利建设提出了新要求、丰富了新思路,水利建设实践推动了水利可持续发展研究,并基于此提出水利建设可持续发展思路,即树立可持续发展意识,推进水利建设制度创新;人水协调,加强水利现代化建设。
The relationship between water conservancy construction and sustainable development was analyzed. Sustainable development puts forward new requirements and enriches the new ideas for the construction of water conservancy. Practical water conservancy construction promotes the sustainable development of water resources research. On the basis of this, water conservancy construction sustainable development ideas were put forward, namely establish the consciousness of sustainable development, promote water conservancy construction system innovation, human and water harmony, strengthen water conservancy modernization construction.
