摘要
作为北京市深化社会主义新农村建设和推进生态文明建设的新载体、新工程,美丽乡村建设是统筹城乡发展、建设社会主义新农村实践的又一次重大创新。在全市范围内,全面推进和落实美丽乡村建设是北京市全面提升村庄整治、新社区建设、农房改造和农村生态环境建设水平的内在要求。文章简述了美丽乡村的内涵,在实地考察北京市16个区县的美丽乡村建设情况的基础上,概述了北京美丽乡村的发展现状,综合分析了北京美丽乡村建设五大模式:产业发展型模式、生态保护型模式、城郊集约型模式、文化传承型模式和休闲旅游型模式,并提出了北京市美丽乡村建设模式的未来发展方向:个性化、差异化、地域化和品牌化,更注重文化内涵建设和产业化水平提升。
As a new project to deepen the construction of the socialist countryside and promote the ecological civilization in Beijing, the beautiful countryside construction is a major innovation to balance urban and rural development and build a new socialist countryside. Comprehensively promoting and implementing the beautiful countryside construction were the inherent requirements to enhance village renovation, build a new community, reconstruct rural housing and construct rural ecological environment in Beijing. On the basis of spot investigation on the construction of the beautiful countryside in 16 districts and counties in Beijing, this paper firstly outlined the connotation of beautiful countryside and gave an overview of the current development of the beautiful countryside construction in Beijing. Then the author comprehensively analyzed five modes of the construction of the beautiful countryside in Beijing which were industrial development mode, ecological protection mode, suburban intensive mode, cultural heritage mode and leisure and tourism mode. At last, this paper proposed that future construction of Beijing beautiful countryside should be personalized, differentiated, regional and brand oriented, and more attention should be paid to constructing culture connotation and enhancing the level of industrialization.
