摘要
LNG低温储罐是液化天然气接收站关键的装置之一,由于其上部荷载较大,对差异沉降敏感,基础施工要求严格。本文以天津LNG储罐钻孔灌注桩施工为例,阐述了储罐桩基施工的质量影响因素,提出了在施工过程中控制质量的措施及常见问题预防对策,确保桩基施工质量安全可靠。
LNG cryogenic storage tank is one of the key devices of LNG receiving station,due to its large upper loads and sensitiveto differential settlements,the requirements of foundation construction should be strict. This paper takes the bored pile construction ofTianjin LNG storage tank as an example and expounds influential factors of the quality in the pile foundation construction of storage tank.Meantime,this paper puts forward the measures of quality control during the construction process and the preventive measures of commonproblems,ensures the quality of pile foundation construction is safe and reliable.
