摘要
因受台风"威马逊"影响,海南省人民医院供电设备受损,长时间停电导致呼吸机、心电监护等相关仪器不能工作。因此,总结该医院自制简易呼吸器按压装置和手动吸痰装置成功救治1例气管插管呼吸衰竭患者案例,期望为以后相似情况提供一定的借鉴。
Because of the effect of typhoon Ramasun, power supply units of Hainan Provincial People’ s Hospital were dam-aged, breathing machine, electrocardiogram and other related equipment could not work for prolonged power outage.Therefore, simple respirator pressing and manual suction devices were made by that hospital to treat a tracheal intubated patient with respiratory failure successfully, hoping to provide a reference for future similar situations.
