摘要
利用2台气相色谱4根色谱柱对净焦炉煤气成分进行全组分分析,确立了合适的分析方法。建立了6种硫化物3次标准曲线,对硫化物外的其他组分以CH4作为基准物质,利用甲烷关联法校正气体组分峰面积,由校正面积归一化法求得各组分含量,并验证了方法精密度。该分析方法可为催化剂筛选、动力学研究、生产工艺控制等提供数据支持。
Two gas chromatography and 4 columns are used to analyze all of the components of coke oven gas. The standard curves of 6 kinds of sulphides are established. Methane correlation method in combination with calibration area normalization method is used to determine the other components of the coke oven gas and verify the accuracy. This method provides the data supporting for selection of catalysts, kinetics study and control of production process.
