氙灯老化对无铬鞋面革物理性能的影响 被引量:9

The Effects of Light Aging on Physical Performance of Chromium-free Leather Billets

摘要 采用氙灯模拟太阳光对无铬鞣革进行96 h老化试验,考察无铬鞣革性能的品质稳定性。与照射前对比发现:革的Ts、撕裂和抗张强度、崩裂强度、柔软度、色度、耐干湿擦牢度(其中植铝鞣法革耐干湿擦级最低)、纤维规整性均降低;而10 N下伸长率、透水汽值均增加。 Xe-lamp was used to simulate sunlight on chrome-free leather in 96h aging test, and quality stability of chrome-free leather was inspected. Compared to non-irradiated samples, it can be found that the performance of samples were all decreased after irradiated, such as shrinkage temperature (Ts), tear and tensile strength, burst strength, softness, chrominance, resistance to dry wet wipe. Among the resistance to dry wet wipe of the Vegetable-A1 leather was lowest. Regularity of the fiber were all reduced by SEM observation, while the elongation under 10N loading and water vapor permeability values of all samples were increased after aging.
