摘要
目的研究针刺引流治疗新生儿蜂窝组织炎的疗效及对降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞计数(WBC)水平的影响。方法选择2013年10月到2014年3月收治的50例新生儿蜂窝组织炎患儿进行研究。观察组25例患者,经行针刺引流治疗。对照组25例患者,采用传统治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、各项观察指标(PCT、hs-CRP、WBC、IL-6)和针刺次数、换药次数、精神状态、饮食恢复情况、住院时间、住院费用。结果观察组与对照组的有效率分别为100.00%与84.00%,观察组的临床效果优于对照组(u=4.3478,P=0.0371)。治疗前,观察组与对照组的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC、IL-6相比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后3 d以及5 d,观察组的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC、IL-6均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的针刺次数多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的换药次数,饮食恢复时间、住院时间以及住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗5 d后精神状态良好患者比率高于对照组(92.00%比72.00%)(χ2=4.5000,P=0.0339)。结论针刺引流治疗新生儿蜂窝组织炎的疗效良好,能明显降低炎性因子的水平,减轻炎性反应和缩短病程。
Objective To study the efficacy and impact on the PCT,HS - CRP and WBC levels of acupuncture drainage treatment for 25 cases of neonatal with cellulitis. Methods 50 cases of newborn children with cellulitis from October 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were studied. 25 patients in the observation group. All these patients were treated by drainage acupuncture treatment. 25 patients in the control group, receiving traditional treatment. Clinical data,clinical results,surgical indicators（PCT,HS - CRP,WBC,IL - 6）and acupuncture times,num-ber of dressing changes,mental status,recovery diet,length of stay,hospital costs were compared with each other. Results Their clinical data of patients and other general information and basic condition had no significant difference between each other（ P 〉 0. 05）. The response rate of observation group and control group was 100. 00% and 84. 00% ,the clinical results of the observation group was better than the control group, there was a statistically significant（u = 4. 3478,P = 0. 0371）. Conclusion The efficacy of acupuncture drainage treatment for neonatal with cellulitis is well. Acupuncture drainage treatment can significantly reduce the releasing of inflammatory cytokines and reduce inflammation, shorten the course. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
