摘要
以同煤集团马脊梁煤矿为试验背景,通过设计以PLC控制的变频调速器来实现通风机的电机转速能随要求实时调整。将其实际运用到矿井通风机中,以瓦斯作为控制参数来实现变频调速,实践表明,该调速器起到了预想效果,实现了风量的自动化控制,达到了通风的经济性和安全性。
Majiliang Mine of Datong Mining Group was taken as example, frequency control based on PLC realizes motor speed of ventilator real-time adjustment. The practical application used in mine ventilator, gas as the control parameter to realize real-time adjustment, the practice showed that the speed controller achieved the expected effect, automatic control of air volume and the economy and security of ventilation.
