犬不稳定膀胱模型的建立及尿动力学评价

Established and evaluation on urodynamics of canine unstable bladder model

摘要 目的建立犬的不稳定膀胱动物模型,观察其尿流动力学的变化。方法健康雌性比格犬10只全麻下行膀胱颈口环扎术,手术3个月后行尿动力学检测,分析术前及术后相关尿动力值的变化。结果 10只比格犬中有8只成功建立逼尿肌不稳定膀胱模型,术后3个月后测逼尿肌压力、最大膀胱容量、膀胱最大顺应性、尿道压力与术前相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论模型成功建立为研究治疗膀胱过度活动症奠定一定基础,为进行大型动物造模提供了理论基础及技术指导,为今后开展人类微创手术治疗膀胱过度活动症提供理论操作平台。 Objective To establish the animal model of bladder instability in dogs and observe its urodynamic changes. Methods Ten healthy female beagle dogs underwent bladder neck ligation with general anesthesia. After three months, we detected and analyzed changes in urodynamic data. Results Eight female dogs bladder detrusor instability model were successfully established. Detrusor pressure, maximum bladder capacity, maximum bladder compliance, urethral pressure were significant differences between preoperative and postoperative (P〈0.05). Conclusions This method established canine model for large animals provide a theoretical basis and technical guidance, and also offer a platform for a minimally invasive surgical treatment of overactive bladder symptoms.
