摘要
从经济学的角度分析了目前我国高职院校招投标采购与资产管理过程中存在的各种风险,对其进行剖析,对完善高职采购管理体制、增强过程管理中的风险防范、优化仪器设备采购程序、进一步推动高职院校实施"阳光采购",具有较强的现实意义与实践意义。
This paper analyzes various risks in bidding and tendering procurement and assets management in higher vocational colleges in China from the economics perspective, which can have a practical significance for perfecting procurement management system in higher vocational colleges, strengthening risk prevention in process management, optimizing equipment procurement procedures, and further promoting higher vocational colleges to implement ＂sunlight procurement＂.
