摘要
土地利用效益是土地利用变化研究的重要内容之一.对区域进行土地利用效益研究可以更好得实现土地资源的优化配置和土地的集约利用、可持续利用.文章从三个方面对国内土地利用效益评价研究进行梳理和总结：1）土地利用效益评价的内容,包括土地利用经济效益、土地利用社会效益、土地利用生态环境效益以及土地利用综合效益的研究;2）评价指标体系构建,从指标的选择和权重的确定两个方面进行论述;3）评价模型的应用,包括加权函数模型、小波神经网络模型、数据包络分析、功效系数法、耦合度模型及协调度模型等在土地利用效益评价与土地利用效益协调关系分析中应用.最后对未来土地利用效益评价研究的发展方向提出一些建议.
Land use efficiency is regarded as an important content for the research of urban land use change. Research on regional land use and benefit to better realizes the optimal allocation of land resources, land intensive use and sustainable utilization. Scale contents and methods presented in land use efficiency are concluded elaborately. 1 ）Contents include land use economic benefit, social benefit of land use, land use ecological environment benefit and comprehensive benefit of land use. 2 ） The evaluation index system is discussed from the choice of indicators and determine the weight two aspects. 3 ） The application of evaluation model includes the weighted function model, wavelet neural network model, date envelopment analysis, the efficacy coefficient meithod, the coupling model and coordination degree model evaluation, and land use in land use benefits coordination analysis in the application. Some suggestions are raised.
