摘要
目的：研究骨科护理中实施预见性护理指引的临床效果。方法我院选择2012年8月-2014年8月间诊治的1240例骨科患者，根据护理方式不同将换则会分为两组，对照组的484例患者实施常规的护理方法，观察组的756例患者在常规护理的基础上实施预见性护理措施，比较两组患者的并发症发生率以及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果通过对两组患者进行比较，观察组患者出现并发症的几率为4.2%，对照组为12.4%，两组患者差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理人员的满意度为97.6%，对照组为88.4%，两组患者差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在骨科护理中实施预见性护理措施具有良好的临床效果，能够有效的降低骨科患者出现并发症的几率，有利于提升患者对护理人员的满意度。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Department of orthopedics nursing in the implementation of predictive nursing guidelines. Methods1 240 cases of patients in the Department of orthopedics in our hospital in 2012 August -2014 year in August in the diagnosis and treatment of, according to different nursing methods will change will be divided into two groups, the implementation of routine nursing of 484 Cases of the control group patients, 756 cases of the observation group patients implementation of predictive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing, comparison of two groups of patients with complications and patient satisfaction with nursing service.ResultsThe two groups of patients were compared, the observation probability of complications was 4.2%, 12.4% in the control group, the differences between the two groups were signiifcant, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05） , patients in the observation group satisfaction of nursing staff was 97.6%, control group 88.4%, the differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe implementation of predictive nursing in Department of orthopedics nursing has a good clinical effect, can effectively reduce the risk of complications of patients in the Department of orthopedics, helps to improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing staff, it is in clinical use.
