激光荧光龋齿诊断仪判断白色窝沟封闭剂下龋损的初步研究 被引量:3

Preliminary study of caries detection under white sealant using a laser fluorescence device in vitro

摘要 目的探讨激光荧光龋齿诊断仪(laser fluorescent,LF)用于白色窝沟封闭剂下龋损检查的可行性。方法从龋损离体恒牙上分离出龋损组织,通过一圆柱状模具,将龋损组织固定于封闭剂上,然后在其上方堆积固化封闭剂,获得圆柱状的测量样本11个,逐层磨除龋损组织上方的封闭剂,LF测量龋损组织封闭前和不同厚度封闭剂下的荧光值,进行统计学分析。结果使用白色封闭剂后荧光值显著减低(P〈0.001),且荧光值与封闭剂厚度呈负相关关系(r=-0.628,P〈0.001)。LF在封闭剂厚度为0~0.5 mm、0.5~1.0 mm和1.0~2.0 mm时的龋损诊断准确率分别为64.1%、24.2%和4.8%。结论 LF对白色封闭剂下龋损可提供一定的辅助诊断信息,但随着封闭剂厚度的增加,LF诊断龋齿的能力明显减弱。 Objective To evaluate the ability of a laser fluorescence (LF) device to detect caries under white seal- ant. Methods Caries tissue obtained from extracted molars were fixed on the surface of cylindrical plates of white sealant, which were made in a mould, then covered by the same sealant in the same mould. 11 cylindrical samples were obtained. The fluorescence of caries tissue was measured before and after covered by sealant, and after gradual thinning of the sealant from approximately 2 mm to 0 mm thick. Measurements were analyzed and the detection ability was calculat- ed. Results The fluorescence after being covered by sealant was statistically significant decreased (P 〈 0. 001 ) and negatively related to the thickness of sealant ( t = - O. 628, P 〈 0.001 ). The detection ability of caries under white seal- ants of 0-0.5 ram, 0.5 -1.0 remand 1 -2 mm thick were 64.1% ,24.2%and4.8%. Conclusion The laser fluores- cence device can help detect caries under white sealant, but the detection ability is significant decreased when the thick- ness of the sealant increases.
