摘要
结合工程实例,从土建施工标段项目部的角度,对进度计划的编制、执行、检查、分析、调整、考核等方面内容进行了阐述,总结了地铁土建工程进度管理要点,以期使工程在合同约定的期限内优质完工。
Combining with the engineering example, from the point of civil engineering construction section project department, elaborated the contents of preparation, implementation, inspection, analysis, adjustment, evaluation and other aspects of schedule plan, summed up the sched- ule management key points of subway civil engineering, in order to make the project high quality completion within the time limit stipulated in the contract.
