张之文教授治疗遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症1例

摘要 1病案汪某某,女,23岁,大学生,2012年11月5日初诊。既往史：患者于2012年9月20日因＂反复咳嗽、咯血5＋月＂入住成都市某医院,入院胸部CT提示右肺上叶支气管扩张,予抗感染、止血、护胃、输血等治疗,后曾出现血氧饱和度下降而转ICU治疗半月,10月22日病情稍好转出院,出院诊断为：（1）咯血待诊：遗传性出血性毛细管扩张症？
