摘要
在国际电工电子标准的制修订过程中,统计方法应用在对测试标准技术条款制修订工作中有重要应用价值。本文从两个赋值参数在标准中遇到的典型问题出发,以额定功率和谐波电流为例,讨论了测量参数赋值时的统计学意义上的要求,提出了基于统计方法确定测试参量的四类通用模型,分别是:稳态数值确定为评估值,超过90%的观察周期的最大值确定为评估值,超过10%的观察周期的最大值确定为评估值,以及观察周期的算术平均值确定为评估值。最后描述了模型的适用范围。
The application of statistical methods plays a key role in the development and revision of technical clauses in the process of modification of international standards in electrical and electronic fields. The paper discusses the problems encountered by two typical examples in the standards. Taking rated power and harmonic currents for examples, it discusses the statistical requirements for the determination of the value of arguments, and proposes the determination of the value of arguments based on four general statistical methods, namely: steady-state value is determined as the evaluation value, a maximum value of beyond 90% of the observation period as the evaluation value, a maximum value of beyond 10% of the observation period as the evaluation value, and the arithmetic mean of the observation period as the evaluation value. It also describes the application scope of the models.
