摘要
蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置是空间站中实现水的再生与闭路循环的关键。罗茨压缩机作为蒸汽压缩蒸馏装置中的核心设备对其工作性能起着至关重要的作用。查阅相关文献,对罗茨压缩机转子的型线进行改进,建立了罗茨压缩机二维有限元模型。运用动网格技术对罗茨压缩机内部瞬态流动进行了数值模拟,得出了罗茨压缩机流量、流速场、压力场随时间的变化规律。
The vapor compression distillation device is the key device to the regeneration and closed-circuit circulation of water in the space station.The lobed rotor compressor as the core equipment in the vapor compression distillation device plays a vital role in the performance of the vapor compression distillation device.Reviewing the relevant literatures,the rotor profiles of the lobed rotor compressor were improved,and 2D finite element modal was established.And a transient CFD numerical simulation was performed for a lobed rotor compressor in this work by means of dynamic mesh technique.The varying tendencies of mass flow rate,the velocity vector and static pressure distribution of the lobed rotor compressor were obtained and analyzed.
