摘要
通过正交试验,研究蒸汽爆破作用强度对玉米种皮中纤维素降解率的影响。采用蒸汽爆破方法的不同汽爆压力、维压时间和物料含水量分别对玉米种皮的作用,测定其还原糖得率。结果表明,蒸汽爆破压力1.0 MPa,维压时间20 s,玉米种皮含水量23.76%时为最佳;在此条件下,对蒸汽爆破后的玉米种皮进行降解,酸度0.8%,温度为110℃下水解1.5 h,还原糖得率为49.98%。与前期试验对比,未经汽爆处理的还原糖得率为45.1%,增加了4.88%,说明此优化工艺条件可行。
Influences of steam exploded pressure, applied-pressure time, and sample moisture content on the degradation conditions of corn spermoderm fiber treated with steam explosion are analyzed by orthogonal array design. The results are steam exploded pressure 1.0 MPa, applied-pressure time 20 s, and sample moisture content 23.76%. Corn spermodem is degradation under former conditions and the acidity is 0.8%, hydrolysis temperature 110℃ for 1.5 h reducing sugar content yield of 49.98%. Compared to the reducing sugar content that not treated by steam explosion is 45.1%, it's increased by 4.88%. Thus, the optimal process is reliable.
