摘要
目的：观察雌-孕激素联合用药的非手术方式对人工流产不全患者的治疗效果。方法将2013年1月～2014年3月辽宁电力中心医院82例人工流产不全患者随机分为雌-孕激素组和对照组，雌-孕激素组患者给予戊酸雌二醇每次2 mg联合甲羟孕酮每次4 mg，每天雌-孕激素联合治疗2次，10 d为1个疗程。同时进行常规抗生素预防感染7d。对照组同期服用抗生素预防感染，并根据症状及时给予清宫术。比较两组患者治疗效果及满意度。结果雌-孕激素组患者治愈率为80.5%，对照组治愈率为53.7%，雌-孕激素组治愈率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；雌-孕激素组患者满意率（87.8%）明显高于对照组（48.8%），差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论雌-孕激素联合治疗避免了患者二次清宫术的痛苦，减少感染的发生，降低二次清宫所致并发症的发生率，同时雌-孕激素联合治疗的方法服用方便、价格相对便宜，也减轻了患者的经济负担，患者更容易接受，提高患者依从性，减少医患矛盾。
Objective To investigate the effect of the combined of estrogen-progesterone in the treatment of the incomplete abortion. Methods 82 patients with the incomplete abortion from January 2013 to March 2014 in Liaoning Electric Power Center Hospital were divided into two groups randomly. The estrogen-progesterone group was treated with pentanoic acid estradiol 2 mg, Medroxyprogesterone 4 mg twice a day for 10 days, and conventional antibiotics to prevent infection for 7 days. The control group was treated with antibiotics to prevent infection, and given the complete curettage of uterine cavity in time according to the symptoms. The therapeutic effect and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the estrogen-progesterone group was 80.5%, it was significantly higher than that of the control group （53.7%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of es-trogen-progesterone group （87.8%） was remarkably higher than that of the control group （48.8%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effect of estrogen-progesterone for the treatment of the incomplete abortion are remarkable, and the paln of surgery and a series of complications are avoided, the infection is reduced, the fear of patients is eliminated, and the relationship between doctor and patient is improved. At the same time, reduced the secondary complications, the price of estrogen-progesterone was cheap, convenient and easy to accepted. and reduce the economic burden of patients, improve patients＇ complilance, reduce the conflicts.
