摘要
以内齿杯形件为研究对象,提出了一种复合拉深成形工艺。借助数值模拟方法,对一典型内齿杯形件成形过程中的应力及应变分布情况做了详细分析,找出成形过程中壁厚减薄严重的关键位置。此外,在伺服压力机上采用匀速运动模式对复合拉深成形工艺作了验证。结果表明,成形载荷发展趋势与模拟结果具有很好的一致性,复合拉深成形工艺对于内齿杯形件这类零件的成形行之有效。
Aiming at the cup‐shaped part with inner gear ,a kind of compound deep drawing process is proposed .Numerical simulation of this compound forming process is carried outto analyze the stress and strain distributions and find the key locations of severe wall thickness reduction .Meanwhile ,thesheet metalcompound deep drawing process with uniform velocity motion isimplemented on the servo press .The results proves that simulation method can give better repeatability and accuracy in the curve of forming load , and the compound deep drawing process is an efficient forming method for this type of cup‐shaped parts .
