摘要
客车车轮踏面损伤形式多样,监测主要依靠人工,容易造成漏检,而病害漏检会给行车带来安全隐患。针对监测铁路客车车轮踏面损伤和车辆动力学性能运行品质的要求,在既有铁路货车TPDS的基础上,通过优化电磁兼容设计、建立客车踏面损伤评判模型和改进测试区平台,研制出了客货车通用TPDS。该系统能够识别铁路客货车车辆运行状态,获得车轮踏面损伤情况,监测车辆超偏载,为铁路客货车行车安全提供技术保障。
The tread damage forms of passenger carriage wheel are various and were mainly monitored by artificial detection ,which often caused the missing of disease detection and threatened the train operation safety. For the monitoring requirements of passenger carriage wheel tread damage and vehicle dynamic mechanical properties and running performance, the new TPDS for passenger and freight based on the former TPDS of railway freight car was developed by optimizing the electromagnetic compatibility, constructing the passenger carriage wheel tread damage evaluation model and improving the test platform, which can identify the vehicle running state of the railway passenger and freight car, obtain the wheel tread damage detection, monitor the vehicle overload and unbalanced load, and provide technical support for railway vehicle operation safety.
