血清Hcy、UA和TC/HDL_C比值对老年动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定型的评估价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)和总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(TC/HDL-C)对老年动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定型的评估价值。方法选取我院老年动脉粥样硬化患者78例,全部患者采用彩色超声检查,根据动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定程度分为稳定组(48例)和非稳定组(30例),健康体检正常老年人群40例作为对照组,并根据不同动脉粥样硬化性血管腔狭窄程度将78例患者分为轻度狭窄组(≤49%,34例),中度狭窄组(50%-69%,24例)和重度狭窄组(≥70%,20例),全部研究者均检测血清Hcy、UA和TC/HDL-C比值,分析其对斑块稳定型的评估价值。结果非稳定组血清Hcy、UA和TC/HDL-C比值均明显高于稳定组和对照组,稳定组血清Hcy、UA和TC/HDL-C比值均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P〉0.05);重度狭窄组上述指标均高于中度狭窄组和轻度狭窄组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);其中斑块稳定程度相同时,随着狭窄程度加重,Hcy、UA和TC/HDL-C比值明显增加,狭窄程度相同时,随着斑块稳定程度加重上述指标显著增加,不同斑块稳定或血管腔狭窄程度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);经Pearson相关性分析发现:在动脉粥样硬化患者中,血清Hcy、UA和TC/HDL-C比值间具有明显相关性(P〈0.05),而在对照组中,指标间相关性不明显(P〉0.05)。结论血清Hcy、UA和TC/HDL-C比值对老年动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定型的评估具有一定的价值。
