摘要
目的探讨鱼腥草提取液膀胱灌注治疗非细菌性膀胱炎的疗效及其作用机制。方法 30只成年SD雌性大鼠随机平均分为三组,对照组和治疗组采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射构建非细菌性膀胱炎模型,空白组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水;建模成功后治疗组行鱼腥草提取液(2 g/ml)膀胱灌注治疗,每天1次,持续1周,空白组及对照组采用等体积生理盐水膀胱灌注处理;治疗完成后,分析比较各组大鼠尿频、疼痛、尿动力学参数、膀胱湿重、病理炎症程度、膀胱组织炎性因子(IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)浓度等指标。结果与对照组相比,治疗组尿频次数明显降低(P<0.05),疼痛阈值升高(P<0.01),尿动力学参数中排尿间隔、膀胱容量、膀胱顺应性指标明显改善(均P<0.01),膀胱湿重(P<0.01)及病理炎症等级(P<0.05)降低,膀胱匀浆炎性因子浓度下降(P<0.01)。结论鱼腥草提取液膀胱灌注治疗能有效改善非细菌性膀胱炎的炎症和尿频尿急及疼痛症状。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravesical Houttuynia cordata extract in rats with nonbacterial cystitis induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods Total 30 adult female rats were randomly divided into three groups. Non-bacteria cystitis was induced by cyclophosphamide in treated group and control group and then treated with Houttuynia cordata extract (2 g/ml, once per day for one week) or volume-match Normal Saline (NS). Subsequently, urinary frequency, nociceptive behaviors, cystometry parameters, bladder weight, histological changes, and cytokine (IL-6, IL-8, TNF-ct) concentration were evaluated and compared among three groups. Results Compared with the control group, lighter bladder weight (P〈0.01), lower cytokine concentration (all P〈0.01) and inflammation grade (P〈0.05), less urinary voids (P〈0.05), higher nociceptive threshold (P〈0.01), longer intercontraction intervals (P〈0.01), bigger bladder capacity (P〈0.01 ) and better bladder compliance (P〈0.01) were detected in treated group. Conclusion Intravesical Houttuynia cordata extract can improve symptoms of nonbacterial cystitis through anti-inflammatory effect, and may be an potentially valuable treatment for bladder pain syndrome/interstitial cystitis.
