小儿止咳颗粒对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清白三烯C4的调节作用研究

摘要 目的观察小儿止咳颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效及其对血清白三烯C4的调节作用。方法 100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组与对照组分别给予小儿止咳颗粒、孟鲁司特钠片口服治疗2周,随访2周。比较2组的临床疗效以及血清白三烯C4的变化。结果治疗组与对照组均能显著改善症状,两组止咳起效时间相当,但治疗组咳嗽完全缓解时间较对照组提前(P<0.05)。两组均能明显下调血清白三烯C4水平,但治疗组下降更明显与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿止咳颗粒能明显下调CVA患儿的血清白三烯C4水平,并显著改善临床症状。
