摘要
以现代民族为主体构建民族国家的过程,就是协调国家政治与民族社会关系的过程。现代社会民族权力的形式及其运用均与民族国家密切相关,民族权力与国家权力的关系、民族权力的形式与民族国家格局、全球化下民族权力的特征等,都是全球化时代国家与社会关系的中心话题。国家治理体系对民族权力的有机整合与公民权益的有效维护,是抑制全球化下民族权力的异化与离析、克服国家认同危机的根本途径。
The process of constructing modern nation- state is the process of coordinating the relationship between state politics and national society. Both the types and the application of the national power in the modern society connect with the nation- state closely. The relationship between national power and state power,the type of national power and the structure of national state,the characteristics of national power in the context of globalization are all the central issues of state and society relationship in the era of globalization. The fundamental channel to curb the alienation and segregation of national power and to overcome the crisis of national identification under the context of globalization is that the governance system of the state integrates the national power organically and maintains the citizen rights effectively.
