摘要
目的:研究中医情志疗法治疗ICU综合征病人的临床疗效。方法:选取ICU综合征患者58例,随机治疗组与对照组,每组29例。对照组使用常规西药治疗,治疗组使用中医情志理论辨证治疗。5 d后使用NEECHAM意识模糊量表评价两组病人的疗效。结果:治疗组评分明显优于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规西药相比,中医情志疗法治疗ICU综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine emotional therapy in the treatment of patients with ICU syndrome . Methods：58 patients with ICU syndrome were selected and randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of emotional theory. Effect of 5D NEECHAM after using fuzzy sense scale evaluation of two groups of patients. Results：The score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with conventional western medicine, emotional therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine has better effect on syndrome ICU which is worthy of clinical application.
