心脏除颤器能量释放效果的质量控制 被引量:6

摘要 目的:对心脏除颤器能量释放进行质量控制,确保心脏除颤器临床的安全使用。方法:根据心脏除颤器质量检测质量规范,使用DA-1型除颤分析仪对心脏除颤器能量释放进行检测,运用Wilcoxon符号秩检验对质量控制结果进行分析总结。结果:在用的11台心脏除颤器的能量释放效果都符合要求。结论:对心脏除颤器能量释放的效果进行质量控制,有利于了解心脏除颤器的性能,确保心脏除颤器的质量和安全,对危重患者的抢救意义重大。 Objective To study the quality control of the defibrillator energy release. Methods According to the defibrillator quality inspection specifications, DA-1 defibrillator analyzer was used to detect the energy release. The results were analyzed and summarized statistically with Wilcoxon signed-ranks test. Results It's proved that 11 in-use defibrillators had the energy release meet the requirements. Conclusion Quality control of defibrillator energy release is of great significance for its performance.
