摘要
镀层材料由于其优良的性能,已经广泛应用于各个领域,其中镀层接合强度是衡量镀层质量的一个重要指标,直接影响到镀层材料的使用性能。根据镀层制备的工艺,分析及归纳了镀前处理、镀中的工艺及镀后处理3个阶段对镀层接合强度的影响,并提出了一些改善镀层接合强度的方法。
As its excellent performance,coating material has been widely applied to various fields.Bonding strength is an important criterion of the coating quality,which has direct effects on the utility of coating material.According to the process of coating preparation,pre-plating process,plating process and the treatment after plating on the bonding strength of the coating were summarized,and some methods improving bonding strength were put forward.
