摘要
目的：观察分析宫颈癌患者血清及组织基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）及环氧化酶-2（COX-2）、细胞外MMP诱导因子CD147、胰岛素样生长因子（IGF）的变化情况。方法选取2012年3月至2014年3月79例宫颈癌患者为观察组，并以同期的79例健康妇女为对照组，将两组的MMP及COX-2、CD147、IGF血清水平及组织阳性率分别进行统计及比较，同时比较观察组中不同分期宫颈癌患者的血清水平及组织阳性率。结果观察组的MMP及COX-2、CD147、IGF血清水平及组织阳性率均高于对照组，同时观察组中分期较高宫颈癌患者的血清水平及组织阳性率均高于分期较低者，各个比较项目之间差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论宫颈癌患者血清和组织MMP及COX-2、CD147、IGF均呈现高表达状态，并且分期越高者其表达程度越高。
Objective To study and analyze the change situation of serum and tissue matrix metalloproteinases（MMP）and cyclo-oxygen-ase-2（COX-2）,extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer（CD147）,insulin-like growth factors（IGF）of patients with cervical carcinoma. Methods 79 patients with cervical carcinoma in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were the observation group,79 healthy women at the same period were the control group,then the serum levels and tissue positive rates of MMP and COX-2,CD147,IGF of two groups were respectively analyzed and compared,and the serum levels and tissue positive rates of observation group with different stages of cervical carcinoma were compared too.Results The e serum levels and tissue positive rates of MMP and COX-2,CD147,IGF of observation group were all higher than those of control group,and the serum levels and tissue positive rates of observation group with higher stages of cervical carcinoma were all higher than those of patients with lower stages of cervical carcinoma,all P〈0.05,there were significant differences between all the comparison items. Conclusion The serum and tissue MMP and COX-2,CD147,IGF of patients with cervical carcinoma all show higher expression,and the expression degree of patients with higher staged are higher.
