摘要
基于兰郑长成品油管道的运行现状,分析了该管道管输过程中混油及分馏油的产生、处理方法,指出部分地区分馏油处理无法满足市场需求的原因,根据管道目前的运行现状和销售油库的管理状况,提出了合理有效的混油处理措施,包括完善汽车装卸车等储运配套设施,与高品号油品掺混后销售,优化拔头装置操作流程,解决拔头装置的设计问题,寻求政策支持,综合考虑现场实际和经济效益确定混油处理方案等,以期提高管输周转量并有效保障管道安全平稳运行。
This paper analyzes the generation and treatment of mixed oil and distillate during the current operation of Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Products Pipeline, and indicates the reasons why the treatment of distillate in some area fails to meet the demand on the market. Considering the current conditions of the pipeline and the management of oil depots, this paper puts forward proper and effective measures for mixed oil treatment, including the improvement of supporting facilities for storage and transportation such as loading and unloading of vehicles, sale of oil mixed with high-grade oil, optimization of operational process of topping unit, optimal design of topping unit, seeking for policy support, and comprehensive consideration of field situations and economic benefits, so as to increase the transportation turnover of pipeline and effectively guarantee safe and stable operation of pipeline.
