摘要
培养具有科技创新能力的药学人才是我国高等医药教育的一项重要任务,科研实践是培养大学生科技创新能力的有效途径。利用多种形式和手段鼓励大学生参与到科研实践过程中,培养学生具有一定的创新精神和创新能力,是高等医药院校构建适应时代要求的人才培养模式的重要手段。
It＇s a major task for higher medical education to train the pharmaceutical talents with scientific innovation a-bility. And research practice is an effective approach to achieve this aim. Encouraging students to participate in the process of research through multiple forms and means and thus bring up them with certain innovative spirits and abilities,is a major means to establish the training mode of talents who adapt to the times requires.
