摘要
目的:分析研究腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的82例患有输尿管上段结石疾病的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组41例。观察组采用腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术实施治疗,对照组采用常规开放手术方式治疗。结果:治疗组患者输尿管上段结石疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床效果明显优于常规开放手术方式。
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for treating patients with upper ureteral calculi disease. Methods 82 cases with ureteral calculi disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 41 cases. The control group was treated with conventional open operation, while treatment group with laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Results The treatment group＇s clinical effect was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The results show that the clinical effect of laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for upper ureteral calculi patients is better than conventional open operation.
