2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者外周血中MCP-1表达水平及意义 被引量:6

Expression level and significance of MCP-1 in serum of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with osteoporosis

摘要 目的检测2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者外周血中单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)表达水平,探讨MCP-1与骨密度的相关性。方法入组80例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者(实验组)及100例2型糖尿病未合并骨质疏松症患者(对照组),测量骨密度;分别收集实验组、对照组患者的外周血,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测外周血中MCP-1蛋白质表达水平,比较两组患者外周血中MCP-1表达水平;用Pearson相关性分析方法分析MCP-1表达水平与骨密度的相关性。结果 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症组外周血中MCP-1表达高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCP-1表达水平与骨密度呈负相关(r=-0.364,P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者外周血中MCP-1表达增高,MCP-1可能参与骨质疏松的发病。 Objective To investigate the level of serum monocyte chemotactic protein 1( MCP-1) in serum of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with osteoporosis and its relationship with bone mineral density( BMD). Methods 80 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with osteoporosis( experimental group) and 100 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without osteoporosis( control group) were enrolled. BMD was measured. Sera of patients from the experimental group or the control group were collected,respectively. Expression level of serum MCP-1 protein was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELSIA) method. The expression level of MCP-1 protein between the two groups was compared. The correlation between MCP-1 and BMD was analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis. Results Serum MCP-1 expression level in osteoporosis group was higher than that in the control group. Moreover,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 05). Serum MCP-1 level was negatively correlated to serum BMD(r =-0. 364,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Serum MCP-1 expression level was increased in type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients complicated with osteoporosis. Therefore,MCP-1might be involved in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.
