摘要
目的:探讨口腔根管治疗中根管预备术后反应,提出有效减轻术后不适的措施。方法:对2007-2012年进行根管治疗的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:2007-2009年,对1103例患者采用手用不锈钢器械进行根管预备,术后根尖区压痛21例,慢性根尖周炎症7例,并发症发生率2.54%;2009-2012年,对2387例患者采用机用镍钛器械根管预备,配合超声根管荡洗和化学预备,术后根尖区压痛24例,慢性根尖周炎症9例,并发症发生率1.38%,2组并发症发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机用镍钛器械根管预备配合超声荡洗和化学预备是高效舒适的治疗方式,对提高根管治疗的成功率有积极作用。
[Objective] To investigate the postoperative reaction of mechanical root canal preparation in the dental root canal therapy and puts forw ard effective measures to reduce postoperative discomfort.[Method] Retrospective analysis w ere done on cases w ith root canal treatment during 2007 ~ 2012.[Result]1103 patients From 2007-2009 w ere treated w ith Stainless steel instruments in root canal preparation.21 cases had root area tenderness and 7 cases had chronic periapical inflammation.2387 patients from 2009 to 2012 w ere treated w ith nickel-titanium rotary instruments combined w ith ultrasonic irrigation and chemical preparation.24 cases had root area tenderness and 9 cases had chronic periapical inflammation.[Conclusion] nickel-titanium rotary instruments w ith ultrasonic irrigation and chemical preparation is efficient and comfortable treatment,and is very important to ensure the success rate of treatment.
