摘要
针对安徽理工大学研制出的带式输送机可伸缩中间架,利用ANSYS软件建立带式输送机可伸缩中间架三维有限元模型,并对其支腿进行模态分析,得出前6阶的振型及固有频率。有限元结果表明,支腿与滚轮轴连接处为可能破坏区域,应该避免临近固有频率的外部载荷,可采取相应减振措施。
According to the shrinkable middle frame designed by Anhui University of Science and Technology, the 3D finite element model of shrinkable middle frame of belt conveyor is established using ANSYS software. Acquiring the first 6 steps natural frequency and the mode shapes through the modal analysis of the supporting leg and cutting. The results show that areas between the three holes cut for each may be the failure areas; the connection between the supporting leg and the roller shaft could be destroyed, which should avoid close to the natural frequency of?the external load and take some adaptable damping measures.
