摘要
为探讨中药熏洗坐浴在混合痔术后的应用效果，将2012年6月至2014年8月行手术治疗100例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。观察组术后给予中药熏洗坐浴，对照组术后给予1：5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，对比两组患者总体疗效、创面愈合时间以及术后疼痛、水肿情况。结果显示，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；术后首次排便时间及术后第5天创面疼痛及水肿评分均明显低于对照组，疼痛、水肿消失时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0．05；创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后中药熏洗坐浴可提高手术疗效，减轻患者术后疼痛、水肿程度，促进创面愈合。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of Chinese herb for sitz bath fuming ＆ wash after mixed hemorrhoids surgery, randomly divided 100 cases of this hemorrhoids who had received surgery from June 2012 to Aug. 2014 yr. into observation group and control group, n =50 for each group;after operation gave Chinese herb for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath to observation group,and 1： 5000PP solution so do to control group; then compared the whole effect, the time for wound-surface healing and the status about postoperative pain and edema.As results, in observation group total effective rate,the postoperative first time for bowel movement and the status about wound-surface pain and edema on the 5th day after operation,the time for pain and edema lost,as well as the time for wound-surface healing was significantly higher,lower, shorter as well as shorter than that in control group,respectively（ P 〈0.05 ,at aiD.Results show that after mixed hemorrhoids fuming ＆ wash sitz bath with Chinese herb can enhance operative effect, reduce the degree of postoperative pain and edema, promote wound-surface healing.
