摘要
[目的]分析云南腾冲香叶树种子含油率及脂肪酸主要成分,为腾冲香叶树的开发利用提供依据。[方法]对采自云南省腾冲县的5个样品香叶树种子中的粗脂肪及脂肪酸进行提取和分析。[结果]试验表明,5个样品平均含油率50.2%;腾冲香叶树种子油中包含12种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸占59.60%,不饱和脂肪酸占39.52%。[结论]腾冲香叶树种子油具有开发食用油和生物柴油的价值,但不适宜直接作为食用油使用。
[Objective] The oil-bearing rate and fatty acid main components in Lindera communis seed in Tengchong County, Yunnan Province was analyzed, which will provide basis for development and utilization. [ Method] The crude fat and fatty acid in five samples of Lindera communis seed was extracted and analyzed. [ Result ] The experiments showed that, the average oil-beating rate is 50.2% ; Lindera communis seed in- cludes 12 fatty acids, saturated fatty acids accounting for 59.60%, unsaturated fatty acid accounting for 39.52%. [ Conclusion] Tengchong L/n- dera communis seed oil has edible oil and biodiesel development value, but is not suitable for direct use as edible oil.
