不同品系罗非鱼抗无乳链球菌病性能的评估 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]为罗非鱼的养殖提供技术参考。[方法]对吉富罗非鱼P0代和抗病选育P2代、奥尼罗非鱼、尼罗罗非鱼及奥利亚罗非鱼进行人工感染无乳链球菌,评估不同品系罗非鱼的抗无乳链球菌病性能。[结果]从感染死亡率来看,奥尼罗非鱼的抗病性能优于其他品系,各组的感染死亡率大小依次为吉富罗非鱼P0代>尼罗罗非鱼>奥利亚罗非鱼>吉富罗非鱼抗病P2代>奥尼罗非鱼。其中,吉富罗非鱼抗病P2代的死亡率比P0代降低45.3%,与奥尼鱼的死亡率相近。从死亡历时来看,吉富罗非鱼抗病选育P2代在感染后48 h才出现死亡,而其他组均在感染后24 h内出现死亡。[结论]通过针对性选育能有效提高吉富罗非鱼的抗病性能,同时也为在罗非鱼苗种投放时品种的选择提供参考依据。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide technical references for the breeding of tilapia. [Method]GIFT P0 and disease-resistant P2,Oreochromis niloticus,Oreochromis aureus,Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus were challenged by Streptococcus agalactiae by artificial infection. The disease resistance of different tilapia cultivars to Streptococcus agalactiae was evaluated. [Result] From the infection mortality,the disease resistance of O. niloticus was better than that of other cultivars. The order of infection mortality was GIFT P0 O. aureus O. niloticus × O. aureus GIFT disease-resistant P2 O. niloticus. The mortality of GIFT disease-resistant P2 was 45. 3% lower than GIFT P0,which was similar to that of O. niloticus. From the duration of death,GIFT disease-resistant P2 died within 48 h after the artificial infection,but the fishes died within 24 h after the infection. [Conclusion] The disease resistance of GIFT tilapia could be greatly improved by selective breeding,and the research could provide references for the selection of tilapia cultivars.
