摘要
在分类推进文化事业单位改革中,公共图书馆建立法人治理结构有利于完善决策和监督机制,提高服务水平,提升使用效率。论文通过国内外公共图书馆法人治理结构发展情况分析,提出我国目前公共图书馆建立法人治理结构所面临的问题及思考。
when carrying out reform of cultural institution according to classification, to establish corporate governance structure in public library is beneficial to the promotion of decision-making and supervision mechanism, service level as well as efficiency. By analyzing the development of corporate governance structure in public libraries both at home and abroad, this paper proposes the problems now facing the establishment of corporate governance structure in China＇s public library and its study.
