摘要
目的 了解某三甲医院2011～ 2013年平喘药的使用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 利用医院HIS系统数据库,检索2011～2013年平喘药的使用数据,采用金额排序法、用药频度分析方法,对药物利用情况进行统计分析.结果 该院平喘药物类别结构逐步完善,2013年比2011年增加了3个品种,其中孟鲁司特钠片弥补了无抗白三烯类药物的空白.平喘药物的使用量呈逐年上升的趋势,其中,销售金额排序第一的是多索茶碱注射液,用药频度排序第一的是沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂（50 μg/250μg）.结论 该院近3年来平喘药用药结构基本合理,控制性药物沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂的用药频度排序始终居于第一位,与哮喘防治指南中强调的控制重于缓解治疗相一致.但平喘药物个体化给药的合理性需结合平喘药物处方专项点评结果进行评判.建议医院进一步强化平喘药物处方专项点评,提高合理用药水平.
Objective To investigate the anti-asthmatic drug use in a first-class hospital from 2011 to 2013 in order to provide the reference in clinic.Methods Data of the anti-asthmatic drugs used from 2011 to 2013 were collected through the HIS system database and analyzed by DDDs analysis and consumption ordering method.Results The structure of anti-asthmatic drugs in this hospital was gradually improving from 2011 to 2013.Three varieties was added including montelukast sodium tablets,filling the blank of anti-leukotrienes drugs.The use of asthma drugs showed an increasing trend.Doxofylline injection took up the first place in term of consumption sum,and Salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation（50 μg/250 μg） ranked firstly in DDDs.Conclusion The structure of anti-asthmatic drugs in this hospital was reasonable in nearly three years,and the controlling drug of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation have always ranked in the first order in DDDs,Which is consistent with that the control treatment is better than ease treatment emphasized by asthma guidelines.The judgment of rationality on individual administration should be combined with the results of special comments on anti-asthmatic prescription.The hospital was suggested that special prescriptions on anti-asthmatic should further strengthen,improving the rational level of drug use.
