摘要
介绍了一种广泛用于冶金、煤炭、矿山、轻工等行业的皮带输送机胶带断带保护系统。实验和实践证明,该系统能有效防止或减轻胶带输送机断裂时因皮带倒滑造成的堆料、撒料等问题,大大缩短了胶带输送机故障处理时间,有效提高了生产效率。
A belt break protection system for the belt conveyor which is widely used in such industries as metallurgy, coal,mine and light industry was introduced in this paper. The test and practice prove that, the system can effectively prevent and alle-viate the stockpiling and material spillage problems caused by belt backward skating during belt break, the time for the treatmentof belt conveyor failure was shortened significantly and the production efficiency was improved effectively.
